Spring 2010 Week 15 Robo-RecapThe fifteenth week of Spring 2010 saw one team climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (209) and series (541) for the women. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson snagged this week's high game with a 245, and high series was earned by Carl Goetz with a 582. Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 25 & 26: The Prak Attack alternated between bowling and dry humping 3 Pin Moon. Although topped by Shane Pfaffly with his below-average 359 series, the Attack got swept by 3 Pin Moon. Concurrently, Ryan Doll oversaw 3 Pin Moon with his 547 as they swept the competition. The Prak Attack drops 1 spot in the standings to 7th place, while 3 Pin Moon remains in 3rd.

week15On lanes 27 & 28: No Pinheads waged a heated competition against Bowlumpkin. Highlighting the skills of trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Phil Schroeder and his above-average 544 series, the Pinheads celebrated a clean sweep over Bowlumpkin. On the flipside, AJ Taylor mastered Bowlumpkin with his 440 despite his team getting swept. No Pinheads leap 2 spots in the standings to 5th place, while Bowlumpkin sinks 1 spot to 6th.

On lanes 29 & 30: Little Lebowski Urban Achievers celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Empire Strikes Back. Though reinforced by Clay Mellgren with his above-average 502 series, the Urban Achievers accomplished only 1 win against the Empire. Conversely, Carl Goetz showed off in the Empire with his 582 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Little Lebowski Urban Achievers remains in 8th place, while the Empire remains in 2nd.

Finally, down on lanes 31 & 32: Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz spent some quality time with Lil' Devils. Blessed by Angela Bradford with her 521 series, the Schlitz collected 3 wins against Lil' Devils. In the meantime, Andrea Caudillo ruled Lil' Devils with her above-average 462 despite her team notching only a single win. Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz remains in 1st place, while Lil' Devils remain in 4th.

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Nobody claimed victory in Division 1 (though Freda Schroeder came closest), while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Chris Lewis came closest). Spring 2010 Week 14 Robo-RecapThe fourteenth week of Spring 2010 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (242) and series (590) for the women, while Ryan Doll earned this week's high game (230) and series (618) for the men. First up, on lanes 25 & 26: Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz entered a showdown to the death with Empire Strikes Back. Headlined by #1 Power-Ranked Angela Bradford and her breathtaking 590 series, the Schlitz celebrated a clean sweep over the Empire. On the flipside, Ken M. Wilson called the shots for the Empire with his 554 despite his team getting swept. Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz leaps 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while the Empire sinks 1 spot to 2nd.

An irritated Kody waits for Russell to bowl.On lanes 27 & 28: Little Lebowski Urban Achievers kept grabbing the balls of Lil' Devils. Despite being led by Mitch Kempker with his (either injured, sick, or sandbagging) 475 series, the Urban Achievers got swept by Lil' Devils. In the meantime, Andrea Caudillo dominated Lil' Devils with her above-average 432 as they swept the competition. Little Lebowski Urban Achievers remains in 8th place, while Lil' Devils remain in 4th.

On lanes 29 & 30: The Prak Attack couldn't stop inappropriately groping Bowlumpkin. Even though highlighted by the skills of Bill Riley with his awe-inspiring 401 series, the Attack accomplished only 1 win against Bowlumpkin. As for the opposition, Jason Carpio shined in Bowlumpkin with his 553 as his team took the series with 3 wins. The Prak Attack drops 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Bowlumpkin moves 1 spot to 5th.

Finally, down on lanes 31 & 32: 3 Pin Moon had a rendezvous with No Pinheads. With top billing by Ryan Doll with his above-average 618 series, 3 Pin Moon collected 3 wins against the Pinheads. While that was going down, #1 Head-to-Head and Most Valuable Bowler Phil Schroeder commanded the Pinheads with his dramatic 549 despite his team notching only a single win. 3 Pin Moon remains in 3rd place, while the Pinheads remain in 7th.
