Fall 2009 Week 12 Robo-RecapThe tweltfh week of Fall 2009 saw three teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Janelle (Laube) Lamar landed this week's high game for the women with a 162, and women's high series was bagged by Sarah Sauer with a 445. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson earned this week's high game (247) and series (727). Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Chicks With Balls traded lane malfunctions with BILFs. Showcasing Janelle (Laube) Lamar with her 412 series, the Chicks collected 3 wins against BILFs. In the meantime, Derrick Grimpo drew the spotlight in BILFs with his outstanding 482 despite his team notching only a single win. Chicks With Balls remains in 9th place, while BILFs sink 1 spot to 6th.

Jeremy Cline celebrates the passage of medical marijuana in Missouri. On lanes 21 & 22: Split Happens alternated between bowling and dry humping Quick Release. Despite the strength of Nick Allegri with his above-average 438 series, Split Happens got swept by Quick Release. Across the ball return, Ryan Doll laid down the law in Quick Release with his 563 as they swept the competition. Split Happens remains in 10th place, while Quick Release moves 1 spot to 2nd.

On lanes 23 & 24: No Pinheads chucked gutter balls with Ebowla. Featuring Phil Schroeder with his awe-inspiring 570 series, No Pinheads split the series with Ebowla. On the adjacent lane, Jason Carpio ruled Ebowla with his dramatic 618 as they matched their opponent in wins. No Pinheads drop 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while Ebowla moves 1 spot to 7th.

On lanes 25 & 26: BOWLSH!T spent a romantic evening with Sweep The Leg, Johnny. Although blessed by Travis Kleiner with his above-average 473 series, BOWLSH!T got swept by Sweep The Leg. While that was going down, #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Ken M. Wilson took the lead in Sweep The Leg with his miraculous 727 as they swept the competition. BOWLSH!T drops 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while Sweep The Leg remains in 1st.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Rollin' J's had some one-on-one time with WWJB. With top billing by Jerry Krall with his 384 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Jared Goff, Rollin' J's collected 3 wins against WWJB. Countering this, Rich Foster shined in WWJB with his terrific 509 despite his team notching only a single win. Rollin' J's leap 2 spots in the standings to 4th place, while WWJB sinks 1 spot to 5th.

Bowlers sneaking into The 200 Club include: Aubrey Moren (224), Jason Carpio (216,203), John Boren (235,204), Ken M. Wilson (247,246,234), Phil Schroeder (202,209), and Ryan Doll (203)

A new personal high game was set tonight by Aubrey Moren (224, previous best 222). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Sarah Sauer (445, previous best 412).

The 727 rolled by Ken M. Wilson is the new 3rd-best series in league history!

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson cleaned up Division 1, while Rich Foster won Division 2. Janelle (Laube) Lamar creamed Division 3, and Sarah Sauer trounced Division 4. Finally, Jared Goff (Division 4) walloped this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Ken M. Wilson governs Division 1; Aubrey Moren leads Division 2; AJ Hofmann reigns over Division 3; and Amanda Duncan is in the driver's seat in Division 4.

NEXT WEEK:
  • First, on lanes 19&20, 2nd-place Quick Release will battle 8th-place BOWLSH!T (hcp 95). Quick Release is expected to roll a little low, yet still manage to win the series; while BOWLSH!T is forecast to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
  • Moving to lanes 21&22, 7th-place Ebowla will test their mettle against 9th-place Chicks With Balls (hcp 50). Ebowla might perform well and sweep the series; while the Chicks ought to raise their average even as they endure a rough night.
  • Then, over on lanes 23&24, 5th-place WWJB (hcp 7) will hang out with 10th-place Split Happens. WWJB will likely roll decently, but split the series with Split Happens; while Split Happens will probably raise their average while they keep the series tied.
  • Next up, on lanes 25&26, 6th-place BILFs will share a couple of pitchers with 4th-place Rollin' J's (hcp 28). BILFs might perform well and sweep the series; while Rollin' J's ought to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
  • Finally, on lanes 27&28, 1st-place Sweep The Leg, Johnny will tussle with 3rd-place No Pinheads (hcp 67). Sweep The Leg is predicted to maintain their current strength as they just barely miss sweeping the series; while No Pinheads are anticipated to hold steady as they just barely avoid getting swept.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
