The tenth week saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowlers set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (192) and series (560) for the women, while Ryan Doll earned this week's high game (266) and series (660) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Ain't No Sh!t had a rendezvous with Chico's Bail Bonds. Notwithstanding the leadership of Kendall Kukowski with his 574 series, Ain't No Sh!t got swept by Chico's. Simultaneously, Travis Kleiner mastered Bowl Movement with his above-average 486 despite his team notching only a single win. Dios Mios remains in 3rd place, while Bowl Movement plunges 2 spots to 6th.

On lanes 23 & 24: Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of Bad Newz Kennels. Despite being led by Will Jeter with his above-average 512 series, Spare The Rod got swept by the Kennels. In the meantime, Freda Schroeder dominated the Kennels with her staggering 560 as they swept the competition. Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty plummets 2 spots in the standings to 7th place, while the Kennels jump 2 spots to 4th.

On lanes 25 & 26: Is This Billable? couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Livin' On A Spare. Demonstrating the prowess of Ryan Doll with his amazing 660 series, Is This Billable? celebrated a clean sweep over Livin' On A Spare. Across the ball return, Tom Finley called the shots for Livin' On A Spare with his above-average 414 despite his team getting swept. Is This Billable? leaps 2 spots in the standings to 5th place, while Livin' On A Spare remains in 8th.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Dave and the Wingers kept grabbing the balls of WWJB. Headlined by Rob Kaszuba with his below-average 391 series, the Wingers collected 3 wins against WWJB. In the midst of this, Justin Wehrman shined in WWJB with his below-average 374 despite his team notching only a single win. Dave and the Wingers remains in 9th place, while WWJB remains in 10th.

Bowlers who lied to their significant other claiming bowling was running long then went out for after-bowling drinks at The 200 Club include: Carl Goetz (215,201), Cory Chorpenning (200,214), Dennis Laube (201), Duncan Ferber (201), Kendall Kukowski (216,201), and Ryan Doll (266,201)

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Carl Goetz vanquished Division 1, while Freda Schroeder creamed Division 2. John Keck creamed Division 3, and Lindsay Jamis swept Division 4. And, finally, nobody claimed victory in the Interdivisional bracket (though Aubrey Moren (Division ) came closest). In terms of overall points: Carl Goetz runs the show in Division 1; Aubrey Moren tops Division 2; Travis Kleiner is in the driver's seat in Division 3; and Lindsay Jamis governs Division 4.

NEXT WEEK:
  • First, on lanes 19&20, 7th-place Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty (hcp 83) will match wits with 2nd-place Chico's Bail Bonds. Spare The Rod is expected to perform well, yet still manage to get swept; while Chico's are forecast to raise their average while they rack up a sweep.
  • Moving to lanes 21&22, 6th-place Bowl Movement will chill with 9th-place Dave and the Wingers (hcp 11). Bowl Movement might perform well and win the series; while the Wingers ought to hold steady as they avoid getting swept.
  • Then, over on lanes 23&24, 1st-place Ain't No Sh!t will roll against 4th-place Bad Newz Kennels (hcp 97). Ain't No Sh!t will likely drop their averages like a brick as they get swept; while the Kennels will probably raise their average while they rack up a sweep.
  • Next up, on lanes 25&26, 3rd-place Dios Mios will meet with 8th-place Livin' On A Spare (hcp 76). Dios Mios might perform well and sweep the series; while Livin' On A Spare ought to raise their average even as they endure a rough night.

WWJB is predicted to maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Is This Billable? is anticipated to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.

As for the men, Carl Goetz snagged this week's high game with a 243, and high series was earned by Ryan Doll with a 603. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Dios Mios accepted a challenge by Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty. Regardless of the star power of Bill Krejci with his 521 series, Dios Mios got swept by Spare The Rod. On the flipside, Will Jeter guided Spare The Rod with his above-average 507 as they swept the competition. Dios Mios plummet 2 spots in the standings to 3rd place, while Spare The Rod remains in 4th.

week7On lanes 21 & 22: Is This Billable? chucked gutter balls with Dave and the Wingers. With top billing by #1 Head-to-Head Ryan Doll and his above-average 603 series, Is This Billable? collected 3 wins against the Wingers. Meanwhile, Rob Kaszuba drew the spotlight in the Wingers with his 422 despite his team notching only a single win. Is This Billable? remains in 8th place, while the Wingers remain in 10th.

On lanes 23 & 24: Bad Newz Kennels kept stealing sips of beer from Livin' On A Spare. Highlighting the skills of Freda Schroeder with her splendid 528 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Aubrey Moren, the Kennels collected 3 wins against Livin' On A Spare. In the meantime, Lindsay Jamis reigned supreme in Livin' On A Spare with her above-average 369 despite her team notching only a single win. Bad Newz Kennels leap 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Livin' On A Spare sinks 1 spot to 6th.

On lanes 25 & 26: Bowl Movement had some one-on-one time with Chico's Bail Bonds. Despite the strength of Patty Morrisey with her above-average 375 series, Bowl Movement accomplished only 1 win against Chico's. Countering this, #1 Power-Ranked Carl Goetz commanded Chico's with his terrific 588 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bowl Movement remains in 7th place, while Chico's move 1 spot to 2nd.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Ain't No Sh!t had a delightful time with WWJB. Blessed by Cory Chorpenning with his below-average 548 series, Ain't No Sh!t celebrated a clean sweep over WWJB. Concurrently, Eric Summers showed off in WWJB with his 360 despite his team getting swept. Ain't No Sh!t leaps 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while WWJB remains in 9th.

Bowlers lounging at The 200 Club include: Carl Goetz (243,220), Cory Chorpenning (208), Freda Schroeder (222), Jason Carpio (200), Ken M. Wilson (203), Kendall Kukowski (203), and Ryan Doll (201,235)

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Nobody claimed victory in Division 1 (though Ryan Doll came closest), while Aubrey Moren spanked Division 2. Rob Kaszuba conquered Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Amanda Zahnweh came closest). Finally, Will Jeter (Division 1) rolled his ass to the top of this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Will Jeter holds the reins in Division 1; David Parre governs Division 2; Rob Kaszuba tops Division 3; and Amanda Zahnweh leads Division 4.

NEXT WEEK:

  • First, on lanes 19&20, 2nd-place Chico's Bail Bonds will roll against 10th-place Dave and the Wingers (hcp 118). Chico's are expected to perform well and sweep the series; while the Wingers are forecast to raise their average even as they endure a rough night.
  • Moving to lanes 21&22, 9th-place WWJB (hcp 116) will test their mettle against 5th-place Bad Newz Kennels. WWJB might perform well, yet still manage to get swept; while the Kennels ought to raise their average while they rack up a sweep.
  • Then, over on lanes 23&24, 3rd-place Dios Mios will hang out with 7th-place Bowl Movement (hcp 69). Dios Mios will likely maintain their current strength as they win the series; while Bowl Movement will probably hold steady as they avoid getting swept.
  • Next up, on lanes 25&26, 1st-place Ain't No Sh!t will battle 4th-place Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty (hcp 166). Ain't No Sh!t might roll a little low and lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Spare The Rod ought to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
  • Finally, on lanes 27&28, 8th-place Is This Billable? will face 6th-place Livin' On A Spare (hcp 66). Is This Billable? is predicted to maintain their current strength as they just barely miss getting swept; while Livin' On A Spare is anticipated to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
