The thirteenth week of Fall 2006 saw three teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Tracy Rychlewski picked up this week's high game (174) and series (469) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (227) and series (655) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Bowlkake2 shared a few beers with I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter. Led by Thomas Lin with his above-average 601 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Dave Hickerson, Bowlkake2 celebrated a clean sweep over Not Gutter. On the adjacent lane, Ryan Doll drew the spotlight in Not Gutter with his above-average 518 despite his team getting swept. Bowlkake2 remains in 4th place, while Not Gutter remains in 9th.
On lanes 17 & 18: Manute Bowl alternated splits with TBD. Regardless of the star power of Andy McLeod with his above-average 459 series, Manute Bowl got swept by TBD. On the other half of the score sheet, Tracy Rychlewski reigned supreme in TBD with her outstanding 469 as they swept the competition. Manute Bowl plummets 2 spots in the standings to 8th place, while TBD moves 1 spot to 7th.
On lanes 19 & 20: Frickin' Ten Pins couldn't stop inappropriately groping All Belts Are Off. Highlighting the skills of #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Carl Goetz and his splendid 655 series, Frickin' Ten Pins celebrated a clean sweep over the Belt. Countering this, David Codding shined in the Belt with his below-average 547 despite his team getting swept. Frickin' Ten Pins leap 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while the Belt remains in 5th.

Finally, Seth Gunderson (Division 2) dominated this week's Interdivisional bracket. Finally, Janelle (Laube) Lamar (Division 3) dominated this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Stefan Miller governs Division 1; Rich DeYoung tops Division 2; Janelle (Laube) Lamar calls the shots for Division 3; and Andy McLeod is in the driver's seat in Division 4.
NEXT WEEK:
- First, on lanes 15&16, 1st-place Hez-Bowl-lah (hcp 4) will throw some gutter balls with 6th-place Frickin' Ten Pins. Hez-Bowl-lah is expected to perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Frickin' Ten Pins are forecast to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
- Moving to lanes 17&18, 10th-place Guttersluts (hcp 91) will challenge 3rd-place Split Happens. The Guttersluts might maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Split Happens ought to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
- Then, over on lanes 19&20, 2nd-place New Balls, Old Rack will socialize with 9th-place I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter (hcp 108). The Old Rack will likely maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while Not Gutter will probably raise their average even as they endure a rough night.
- Next up, on lanes 21&22, 8th-place Manute Bowl (hcp 106) will test their mettle against 5th-place All Belts Are Off. Manute Bowl might maintain their current strength as they get swept; while the Belt ought to raise their average while they rack up a sweep.
- Finally, on lanes 23&24, 7th-place TBD (hcp 41) will battle 4th-place Bowlkake2. TBD is predicted to perform well and win the series; while Bowlkake2 is anticipated to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
