The fourteenth week of Spring 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and two rolled new personal high games. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (169) and series (464) for the women, while Rich DeYoung earned this week's high game (247) and series (659) for the men. First up, on lanes 21 & 22: Split Happens couldn't stop inappropriately groping Bowl Movement. In spite of the prowess of Ryan Doll with his above-average 531 series, Split Happens accomplished only 1 win against Bowl Movement. On the other side, David Codding drew the spotlight in Bowl Movement with his 601 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Split Happens drop 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Bowl Movement remains in 2nd.
On lanes 23 & 24: Guttersluts alternated splits with Sweeter Than Yoohoo. Regardless of the star power of Travis Kleiner with his 375 series, Guttersluts got swept by Yoohoo. Meanwhile, Thomas Lin mastered Yoohoo with his above-average 582 as they swept the competition. Guttersluts drop 1 spot in the standings to 7th place, while Yoohoo moves 1 spot to 4th.
On lanes 25 & 26: Bora Bora tussled with I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka!. Although topped by John Richardson with his 494 series, Bora Bora accomplished only 1 win against the Belt. In the meantime, trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Rich DeYoung laid down the law in the Belt with his dramatic 659 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bora Bora remains in 3rd place, while the Belt remains in 1st.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Yo Mama shared a few beers with Tatonka. Reinforced by Andy Metzler with his 503 series, Yo Mama collected 3 wins against Tatonka. Countering this, Andy McLeod took the lead in Tatonka with his above-average 507 despite his team notching only a single win. Yo Mama leaps 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Tatonka remains in 8th.

New personal high games were set tonight by Scott Murdock (204, previous best 202) and Rich DeYoung (247, previous best 236). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Rich DeYoung (659, previous best 585).
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson cleaned up Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Andy Metzler came closest). Scott Murdock dominated Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Tracy Rychlewski came closest). Finally, Ryan Doll (Division 4) mopped up this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Ken M. Wilson is in the driver's seat in Division 1; David Codding tops Division 2; John Richardson calls the shots for Division 3; and Ryan Doll runs the show in Division 4.
