The Spring 2004 season draws to a close, with Joey's B*tches officially earning this season's championship title! The tweltfh week saw two teams climb in the standings, while one team slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and two rolled new personal high games. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (164) and series (468) for the women, while David Codding earned this week's high game (228) and series (608) for the men. First up, on lanes 15 & 16: 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Joey's B*tches. Although topped by Thomas Lin with his below-average 463 series, the White Asians got swept by the B*tches. On the adjacent lane, David Codding drew the spotlight in the B*tches with his above-average 608 as they swept the competition. 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites plummet 2 spots in the standings to 3rd place, while the B*tches move 1 spot to 1st.
On lanes 17 & 18: Got Carpio? tussled with Recreation Intoxication. With top billing by Jason Carpio with his above-average 544 series, Got Carpio? collected 3 wins against Recreation. In the midst of this, Pat Searcy mastered Recreation with his below-average 522 despite his team notching only a single win. Got Carpio? leaps 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while Recreation remains in 4th.
Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: The Bowling Stones faced off against T.R.O.T.B.. Demonstrating the prowess of #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Michael Basham and his spectacular 542 series, the Stones split the series with T.R.O.T.B.. Meanwhile, Most Valuable Bowler Nik Domann called the shots for T.R.O.T.B. with his 500 as they matched their opponent in wins. The Bowling Stones remains in 5th place, while T.R.O.T.B. remains in 6th.
