Spring 2004 Week 3 Robo-RecapThe third week of Spring 2004 saw four teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowler roll a new personal best game. Deena Slinkard landed this week's high game for the women with a 192, and women's high series was bagged by Angela Bradford with a 481. As for the men, Thomas Lin earned this week's high game (236) and series (622). Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Recreation Intoxication couldn't stop inappropriately groping Joey's B*tches. Led by Pat Searcy with his below-average 544 series, Recreation split the series with the B*tches. In the meantime, Most Valuable Bowler Ken M. Wilson mastered the B*tches with his dramatic 539 as they matched their opponent in wins. Recreation Intoxication drops 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while the B*tches move 1 spot to 5th.

week3On lanes 17 & 18: Got Carpio? couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of The Bowling Stones. Showcasing Corey Weinfurt with his above-average 495 series, Got Carpio? split the series with the Stones. On the other half of the score sheet, Scott Musgrove took the lead in the Stones with his 366 as they matched their opponent in wins. Got Carpio? leaps 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while the Stones move 1 spot to 4th.

Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites hung out with T.R.O.T.B.. Headlined by #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Thomas Lin and his splendid 622 series, the White Asians celebrated a clean sweep over T.R.O.T.B.. Meanwhile, Phil Schroeder dominated T.R.O.T.B. with his phenomenal 516 despite his team getting swept. 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites leap 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while T.R.O.T.B. plunges 3 spots to 6th.

New personal high games were set tonight by Scott Murdock (195, previous best 193) and Deena Slinkard (192, previous best 180).

Spring 2004 Week 2 Robo-RecapThe second week of Spring 2004 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowlers set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (211) and series (560) for the women, while Pat Searcy earned this week's high game (245) and series (681) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 15 & 16: The Bowling Stones spent some quality time with T.R.O.T.B.. Despite the strength of Michael Basham with his 424 series, the Stones accomplished only 1 win against T.R.O.T.B.. As for the opposition, Nik Domann laid down the law in T.R.O.T.B. with his stupendous 567 as his team took the series with 3 wins. The Bowling Stones remains in 5th place, while T.R.O.T.B. jumps 3 spots to 3rd.

week2On lanes 17 & 18: Joey's B*tches sparred with 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites. Regardless of the star power of Carl Goetz with his 583 series, the B*tches got swept by the White Asians. Simultaneously, Thomas Lin shined in the White Asians with his above-average 487 as they swept the competition. Joey's B*tches plummet 4 spots in the standings to 6th place, while the White Asians jump 2 spots to 2nd.

Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: Got Carpio? chucked gutter balls with Recreation Intoxication. Although blessed by Eric Lynch with his above-average 522 series, Got Carpio? accomplished only 1 win against Recreation. On the other half of the score sheet, trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Pat Searcy oversaw Recreation with his exceptional 681 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Got Carpio? drops 1 spot in the standings to 4th place, while Recreation remains in 1st.

A new personal high game was set tonight by Nik Domann (213, previous best 200). In addition, new personal best series were rolled by Nik Domann (567, previous best 556) and Pat Searcy (681, previous best 621).

Angela Bradford earned both this season's women's high game and series with her 211 and 560, respectively. In addition, Pat Searcy nabbed both high game and series for the men this season with his 245 and 681, respectively.

The 211 rolled by Angela Bradford is tied for the 7th-best women's game in league history!
The 245 rolled by Pat Searcy is the new 6th-best men's game in league history!
The 560 rolled by Angela Bradford is the new 5th-best women's series in league history!
The 681 rolled by Pat Searcy is the new 2nd-best series in league history!

  • First, on lanes 15&16, 1st-place Recreation Intoxication will match wits with 6th-place Joey's B*tches (hcp 19). Recreation is expected to maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the B*tches are forecast to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.

Spring 2004 Week 1 Robo-RecapThe Spring 2004 season is now underway, with six teams entering the 12-week competition for the coveted, nonexistent championship trophy. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (170) and series (477) for the women, while Pat Searcy earned this week's high game (191) and series (547) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Joey's B*tches took turns kicking the ball return with Got Carpio?. Showcasing #1 Head-to-Head David Codding and his 544 series, the B*tches split the series with Got Carpio?. On the other half of the score sheet, Eric Lynch called the shots for Got Carpio? with his 482 as they matched their opponent in wins. Joey's B*tches begins the season in 2nd place, while Got Carpio? gets rolling in 3rd.

week1On lanes 17 & 18: Recreation Intoxication kept stealing sips of beer from T.R.O.T.B.. Demonstrating the prowess of #1 Power-Ranked Pat Searcy and his 547 series, Recreation collected 3 wins against T.R.O.T.B.. In the midst of this, Nik Domann ruled T.R.O.T.B. with his 492 despite his team notching only a single win. Recreation Intoxication leaves the gate in 1st place, while T.R.O.T.B. gets going with 6th.

Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: The Bowling Stones had a rendezvous with 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites. Blessed by Michael Basham with his 414 series, the Stones split the series with the White Asians. As for the opposition, Dennis Laube guided the White Asians with his 473 as they matched their opponent in wins. The Bowling Stones begins with 5th place, while the White Asians begin in 4th.

Bowlers paying far too much for well vodka at The 200 Club include: No one at all. We sucked.
