The seventh week of Fall 2002 saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (203) and series (532) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (223) and series (591) for the men. First up, on lanes 17 & 18: Team 5 chucked gutter balls with Team 6. Notwithstanding the leadership of David Parre with his 476 series, Team 5 accomplished only 1 win against Team 6. Countering this, Nik Domann shined in Team 6 with his above-average 437 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Team 5 drops 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while Team 6 remains in 5th.

On lanes 19 & 20: Top Guns spent a romantic evening with UnaBowlers. Blessed by Pat Searcy with his 545 series, and supported tremendously by real star — trifecta-winner #1 Power-Ranked, #1 Head-to-Head, and Most Valuable Bowler Freda Schroeder, Top Guns celebrated a clean sweep over the UnaBowlers. While that was going down, Justin Strelow oversaw the UnaBowlers with his above-average 494 despite his team getting swept. Top Guns leap 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while the UnaBowlers remain in 4th.

Finally, down on lanes 21 & 22: Pop Gunns couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of GRRR. Highlighting the skills of Carl Goetz with his spectacular 591 series, Pop Gunns collected 3 wins against GRRR. On the adjacent lane, Sharon Turner dominated GRRR with her above-average 413 despite her team notching only a single win. Pop Gunns remains in 3rd place, while GRRR remains in 6th.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Freda Schroeder (532, previous best 501).

Freda Schroeder earned both this season's women's high game and series with her 203 and 532, respectively.

• First, on lanes 17&18, 1st-place Top Guns will hang out with 6th-place GRRR. Top Guns are expected to see a pretty significant "market correction" to their averages, but split the series with GRRR; while GRRR is forecast to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
