The Spring 2003 season draws to a close, with D-Day officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw four teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 17 & 18: Bowlers of Mass Destruction alternated between bowling and dry humping D-Day. On lanes 21 & 22: Canned Crabs shared a platter of cheese sticks with The Good Sons. Despite the strength of Eric Lynch with his below-average 441 series, the Crabs accomplished only 1 win against the Sons. Across the ball return, Michelle Tollefson drew the spotlight in the Sons with her above-average 392 as her team took the series with 3 wins. Canned Crabs plummet 2 spots in the standings to finish in 7th place, while the Sons move 1 spot to come out in 5th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Hulk Smash! hung out with Spanked. Though reinforced by Carl Goetz with his below-average 509 series, the Hulk got swept by Spanked.
