The sixth week of Spring 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowler roll a new personal best game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (178) and series (493) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (245) and series (608) for the men. First up, on lanes 21 & 22: Yo Mama hung out with Tatonka. Reinforced by Andy Metzler with his 509 series, Yo Mama collected 3 wins against Tatonka. Meanwhile, Will Jeter shined in Tatonka with his above-average 486 despite his team notching only a single win. Yo Mama leaps 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Tatonka remains in 7th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Bora Bora alternated splits with I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka!. With the strength of Dennis Laube with his 530 series, Bora Bora split the series with the Belt. Conversely, Jason Carpio reigned supreme in the Belt with his above-average 602 as they matched their opponent in wins. Bora Bora drops 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while the Belt remains in 1st.
On lanes 25 & 26: Split Happens celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Bowl Movement. Featuring #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Ryan Doll and his astounding 589 series, Split Happens split the series with Bowl Movement. Across the ball return, Carl Goetz commanded Bowl Movement with his 608 as they matched their opponent in wins. Split Happens leap 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while Bowl Movement remains in 4th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Guttersluts shared a few beers with Sweeter Than Yoohoo. Headlined by Aaron Hoyt with his spectacular 408 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Erin deVries, Guttersluts collected 3 wins against Yoohoo. As for the opposition, Tim Segraves laid down the law in Yoohoo with his staggering 599 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts remains in 8th place, while Yoohoo sinks 1 spot to 3rd.

New personal high games were set tonight by Jason Carpio (235, previous best 221) and Aaron Hoyt (182, previous best 169).
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Pat Searcy mopped up Division 1, while Dennis Laube rolled his ass to the top of Division 2. Scott Murdock topped Division 3, and Ryan Doll walloped Division 4. And, finally, nobody claimed victory in the Interdivisional bracket (though Steve Kiernan and Freda Schroeder (Division ) came closest). In terms of overall points: Michael Basham and Pat Searcy govern Division 1 in a tie; David Codding is in the driver's seat in Division 2; Tim Segraves tops Division 3; and Ryan Doll holds the reins in Division 4.
