The Spring 2009 season draws to a close, with Schlitz For Us, Splits For You officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (192) and series (499) for the women, while Cory Chorpenning earned this week's high game (226) and series (570) for the men. First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Schlitz For Us, Splits For You alternated between bowling and dry humping Chico's Bail Bonds. With the strength of Bob Brunker with his 512 series, Schlitz collected 3 wins against Chico's. Conversely, Ken M. Wilson dominated Chico's with his 531 despite his team notching only a single win. Schlitz For Us, Splits For You finish in 1st place, while Chico's go home with 2nd.
On lanes 21 & 22: Rule 6B celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with No Pinheads. Even though highlighted by the skills of Ryan Doll with his 490 series, with props to #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Phil Schroeder, Rule 6B accomplished only 1 win against No Pinheads. As for the opposition, Most Valuable Bowler Phil Schroeder took the lead in No Pinheads with his above-average 531 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Rule 6B end the season in 3rd place, while No Pinheads wind up in 4th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Sh!t, Another Season had a delightful time with WWJB. Reinforced by Cory Chorpenning with his 570 series, Another Season collected 3 wins against WWJB. Across the ball return, Rich Foster ruled WWJB with his wondrous 489 despite his team notching only a single win. Sh!t, Another Season end in 5th place, while WWJB end up with 6th.
On lanes 25 & 26: Turkey Sandwich deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of Chicks With Balls. Showcasing Zach Frank with his 424 series, Turkey Sandwich collected 3 wins against the Chicks. In the meantime, Kelly Minihan reigned supreme in the Chicks with her staggering 435 despite her team notching only a single win. Turkey Sandwich close out in 7th place, while the Chicks come out in 8th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Capt. Awesome & Wonder Friends tussled with XXX. Despite being led by Drew Eldridge with his above-average 440 series, Wonder Friends accomplished only 1 win against XXX. On the other side, Rich DeYoung called the shots for XXX with his 488 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Capt. Awesome & Wonder Friends drop 1 spot in the standings to 10th place, while XXX moves 1 spot to 9th.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Ben Wetteborn (487, previous best 450).
After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Phil Schroeder (Division 2), with landing in second place. Phil will pocket the nice first-place pot, while will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
