The Fall 2006 season draws to a close, with Bowlkake2 officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. Two bowlers set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (257) and series (648) for the women. As for the men, John Boren snagged this week's high game with a 223, and high series was earned by Andy McLeod with a 587. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Hez-Bowl-lah chucked gutter balls with Bowlkake2. In spite of top-billing by Rich DeYoung with his above-average 537 series, Hez-Bowl-lah accomplished only 1 win against Bowlkake2. In the midst of this, Dennis Laube called the shots for Bowlkake2 with his above-average 522 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Hez-Bowl-lah plummets 2 spots in the standings to finish in 3rd place, while Bowlkake2 moves 1 spot to wind up in 1st.

On lanes 17 & 18: Split Happens did battle with New Balls, Old Rack. While headlined by Nick Allegri with his above-average 507 series, Split Happens got swept by the Old Rack. Countering this, #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Angela Bradford drew the spotlight in the Old Rack with her wondrous 648 as they swept the competition. Split Happens drop 1 spot in the standings to end in 4th place, while the Old Rack jumps 2 spots to go home with 2nd.

On lanes 19 & 20: All Belts Are Off couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Frickin' Ten Pins. Demonstrating the prowess of David Codding with his 561 series, the Belt split the series with Frickin' Ten Pins. On the other half of the score sheet, Carl Goetz laid down the law in Frickin' Ten Pins with his above-average 570 as they matched their opponent in wins. All Belts Are Off end the season in 5th place, while Frickin' Ten Pins come out in 6th.

On lanes 21 & 22: TBD hung out with I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter. Featuring Greg Middleton with his stunning 504 series, TBD split the series with Not Gutter. In the meantime, Ryan Doll mastered Not Gutter with his above-average 566 as they matched their opponent in wins. TBD complete in 7th place, while Not Gutter sinks 1 spot to cross the finish line in 9th.

Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Manute Bowl traded lane malfunctions with Guttersluts. With the strength of Most Valuable Bowler Andy McLeod and his splendid 587 series, Manute Bowl collected 3 wins against the Guttersluts. On the flipside, John Boren dominated the Guttersluts with his below-average 532 despite his team notching only a single win. Manute Bowl leaps 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while the Guttersluts 10th.

The fifteenth week of Fall 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford landed this week's high game for the women with a 198, and women's high series was bagged by Freda Schroeder with a 485. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson earned this week's high game (238) and series (655).Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts had a rendezvous with TBD. Highlighting the skills of John Boren with his 551 series, the Guttersluts collected 3 wins against TBD. On the adjacent lane, David Parre called the shots for TBD with his 470 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts remains in 10th place, while TBD remains in 7th.

On lanes 17 & 18: I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter faced off against Frickin' Ten Pins. Reinforced by Ryan Doll with his above-average 525 series, Not Gutter celebrated a clean sweep over Frickin' Ten Pins. Countering this, Carl Goetz ruled Frickin' Ten Pins with his above-average 588 despite his team getting swept. I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter leaps 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while Frickin' Ten Pins remain in 6th.

On lanes 19 & 20: Manute Bowl hung out with Split Happens. Despite the strength of Andy McLeod with his astounding 519 series, Manute Bowl got swept by Split Happens. Meanwhile, Most Valuable Bowler Amy Logan oversaw Split Happens with her dramatic 433 as they swept the competition. Manute Bowl drops 1 spot in the standings to 9th place, while Split Happens move 1 spot to 3rd.

On lanes 21 & 22: Hez-Bowl-lah sparred with Bowlkake2. Although blessed by Rich DeYoung with his above-average 535 series, Hez-Bowl-lah accomplished only 1 win against Bowlkake2. Across the ball return, Thomas Lin guided Bowlkake2 with his 566 (with a nod to #1 Power-Ranked Dave Hickerson) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Hez-Bowl-lah remains in 1st place, while Bowlkake2 remains in 2nd.

Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: New Balls, Old Rack waged a heated competition against All Belts Are Off. Demonstrating the prowess of #1 Head-to-Head Ken M. Wilson and his breathtaking 655 series, the Old Rack split the series with the Belt. In the meantime, Seth Gunderson drew the spotlight in the Belt with his fantastic 545 as they matched their opponent in wins. New Balls, Old Rack drops 1 spot in the standings to 4th place, while the Belt remains in 5th.

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson topped Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Rich DeYoung came closest). Scott Murdock dominated Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Nick Crofoot came closest).
