A stagnated fifth week of Spring 2002 resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. One bowler set a new personal best series. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (166) and series (410) for the women. As for the men, Pat Searcy snagged this week's high game with a 192, and high series was earned by Ken M. Wilson with a 533. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Top Guns spent a romantic evening with Team 2. Reinforced by Pat Searcy with his 528 series, Top Guns collected 3 wins against Team 2. On the other half of the score sheet, Jeff Gragg oversaw Team 2 with his 467 despite his team notching only a single win. Top Guns remains in 1st place, while Team 2 remains in 3rd.

Finally, down on lanes 3 & 4: Fab Four entered a showdown to the death with Team 3. With top billing by #1 Head-to-Head Ken M. Wilson and his above-average 533 series, with support from #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Nik Domann, as well as #1 Head-to-Head , Fab Four collected 3 wins against Team 3. As for the opposition, Bill Krejci called the shots for Team 3 with his 456 despite his team notching only a single win. Fab Four remains in 2nd place, while Team 3 remains in 4th.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Nik Domann (494, previous best 490).

• First, on lanes 1&2, 2nd-place Fab Four will battle 1st-place Top Guns. Fab Four is expected to have the bottom drop out of their averages, but split the series with Top Guns; while Top Guns are forecast to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
