First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers waged a heated competition against A Solid No. 2. Demonstrating the prowess of Michael Basham with his above-average 475 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Ray Haynes, the Ninjas celebrated a clean sweep over No. 2. Simultaneously, Jason Carpio mastered No. 2 with his 448 despite his team getting swept. Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers leap 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while No. 2 plunges 3 spots to 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: The Belt Strikes Back had a delightful time with Die Schlag-Maschinen. With top billing by Demond Robinson with his 520 series, the Belt celebrated a clean sweep over Die Schlag-Maschinen. Countering this, Mike Killion guided Die Schlag-Maschinen with his above-average 378 despite his team getting swept. The Belt Strikes Back leaps 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while Die Schlag-Maschinen remains in 8th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Bowlkake celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Ashley Razabacks. Featuring #1 Power-Ranked Justin Strelow and his thrilling 621 series, Bowlkake celebrated a clean sweep over the Razabacks. Across the ball return, Stefan Paz commanded the Razabacks with his 451 despite his team getting swept. Bowlkake leaps 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while the Razabacks plunge 3 spots to 4th.
Finally, down on lanes 25 & 26: Paul Hamms shared a few beers with Recreation Intoxication. Notwithstanding the leadership of Bill Krejci with his above-average 571 series, the Hamms got swept by Recreation . As for the opposition, #1 Head-to-Head Pat Searcy dominated Recreation with his above-average 622 as they swept the competition. Paul Hamms remains in 3rd place, while Recreation jumps 3 spots to 2nd.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Justin Strelow (621, previous best 609).
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Pat Searcy ruled Division 1, while Seth Gunderson made quick work of Division 2. Scott Murdock staked a claim for the Iron Throne in Division 3, and Ray Haynes swept Division 4. In terms of overall points: Pat Searcy reigns over Division 1; Seth Gunderson tops Division 2; Janelle (Laube) Lamar holds the reins in Division 3; and Ray Haynes leads Division 4.

- First, on lanes 19&20, 6th-place Bowlkake will compete against 3rd-place Paul Hamms (hcp 140). Bowlkake is expected to maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while the Hamms are forecast to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
