The fifteenth week of Fall 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford landed this week's high game for the women with a 198, and women's high series was bagged by Freda Schroeder with a 485. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson earned this week's high game (238) and series (655).Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts kept stealing sips of beer from TBD. Showcasing John Boren with his 551 series, the Guttersluts collected 3 wins against TBD. Across the ball return, David Parre took the lead in TBD with his 470 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts remains in 10th place, while TBD remains in 7th.
On lanes 17 & 18: I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter spent some quality time with Frickin' Ten Pins. Topped by Ryan Doll with his above-average 525 series, Not Gutter celebrated a clean sweep over Frickin' Ten Pins. Concurrently, Carl Goetz called the shots for Frickin' Ten Pins with his above-average 588 despite his team getting swept. I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter leaps 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while Frickin' Ten Pins remain in 6th.
On lanes 19 & 20: Manute Bowl hung out with Split Happens. Even though highlighted by the skills of Andy McLeod with his amazing 519 series, Manute Bowl got swept by Split Happens. On the other half of the score sheet, Most Valuable Bowler Amy Logan dominated Split Happens with her outstanding 433 as they swept the competition. Manute Bowl drops 1 spot in the standings to 9th place, while Split Happens move 1 spot to 3rd.
On lanes 21 & 22: Hez-Bowl-lah shared a few beers with Bowlkake2. Though reinforced by Rich DeYoung with his above-average 535 series, Hez-Bowl-lah accomplished only 1 win against Bowlkake2. On the other side, Thomas Lin guided Bowlkake2 with his 566 (with a nod to #1 Power-Ranked Dave Hickerson) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Hez-Bowl-lah remains in 1st place, while Bowlkake2 remains in 2nd.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: New Balls, Old Rack deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of All Belts Are Off. Led by #1 Head-to-Head Ken M. Wilson and his astonishing 655 series, the Old Rack split the series with the Belt. As for the opposition, Seth Gunderson shined in the Belt with his marvelous 545 as they matched their opponent in wins. New Balls, Old Rack drops 1 spot in the standings to 4th place, while the Belt remains in 5th.
Bowlers who lied to their significant other claiming bowling was running long then went out for after-bowling drinks at The 200 Club include: Bob Brunker (208), Carl Goetz (204,213), John Boren (211), Ken M. Wilson (209,238,208), Scott Murdock (211), Seth Gunderson (211), and Thomas Lin (206)

A new personal high game was set tonight by Amy Logan (177, previous best 172). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Amy Logan (433, previous best 429). 
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson triumphed over his enemies in Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Rich DeYoung came closest). Scott Murdock routed Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Nick Crofoot came closest). Finally, Seth Gunderson (Division 2) topped this week's Interdivisional bracket.Finally, Andy McLeod (Division 4) topped this week's Interdivisional bracket. NEXT WEEK:
- First, on lanes 15&16, 1st-place Hez-Bowl-lah (hcp 15) will compete against 2nd-place Bowlkake2. Hez-Bowl-lah is expected to perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Bowlkake2 is forecast to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
- Moving to lanes 17&18, 3rd-place Split Happens (hcp 63) will meet with 4th-place New Balls, Old Rack. Split Happens might perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the Old Rack ought to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
- Then, over on lanes 19&20, 5th-place All Belts Are Off will spend some quality time with 6th-place Frickin' Ten Pins (hcp 38). The Belt will likely roll decently, but split the series with Frickin' Ten Pins; while Frickin' Ten Pins will probably raise their average while they keep the series tied.
- Next up, on lanes 21&22, 7th-place TBD will socialize with 8th-place I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter (hcp 25). TBD might perform well and win the series; while Not Gutter ought to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
- Finally, on lanes 23&24, 9th-place Manute Bowl will roll against 10th-place Guttersluts (hcp 71). Manute Bowl is predicted to maintain their current strength as they win the series; while the Guttersluts are anticipated to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
