The Spring 2007 season draws to a close, with Guttersluts officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (189) and series (527) for the women. As for the men, Duncan Ferber snagged this week's high game with a 225, and high series was earned by Bill Krejci with a 621. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts traded lane malfunctions with Oily Balls. Topped by #1 Head-to-Head Bill Krejci and his splendid 621 series, Guttersluts collected 3 wins against Oily Balls. In the meantime, Pat Searcy ruled Oily Balls with his 575 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts end in 1st place, while Oily Balls wind up in 2nd.
On lanes 17 & 18: X9XX alternated splits with Unstoppabowl. Though reinforced by Stefan Miller with his above-average 546 series, X9XX accomplished only 1 win against Unstoppabowl. Conversely, Cory Chorpenning called the shots for Unstoppabowl with his below-average 510 as his team took the series with 3 wins. X9XX drops 1 spot in the standings to close out in 4th place, while Unstoppabowl moves 1 spot to come out in 3rd.
On lanes 19 & 20: Doll's Balls shared a platter of cheese sticks with Those 4 Bowlers. Showcasing Ryan Doll with his above-average 562 series, Doll's Balls collected 3 wins against 4 Bowlers. Concurrently, Seth Gunderson dominated 4 Bowlers with his above-average 586 despite his team notching only a single win. Doll's Balls end the season in 5th place, while 4 Bowlers sink 1 spot to end up with 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: King Pins couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Frickin' Ten Pin. Blessed by John Coleman with his 569 series, King Pins collected 3 wins against Ten Pin. On the other half of the score sheet, Carl Goetz shined in Ten Pin with his below-average 530 despite his team notching only a single win. King Pins leap 1 spot in the standings to complete in 6th place, while Ten Pin cross the finish line in 8th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Churn and Burn took turns kicking the ball return with T.B.D.. Regardless of the star power of James Cholke with his above-average 508 series, Churn and Burn got swept by T.B.D.. In the midst of this, #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Tyler Hilker guided T.B.D. with his wondrous 535 as they swept the competition. Churn and Burn drops 1 spot in the standings to 10th place, while T.B.D. moves 1 spot to 9th.

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Stefan Miller (Division 2), with Kendall Kukowski (Division 4) landing in second place. Stefan will pocket the nice first-place pot, while Kendall will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
