The Spring 2026 season has reached its grand, glitter-soaked finale, and somewhere out there a confetti cannon is probably still firing directly into somebody's basket of chicken wings! All three pairs of lanes featured very closely matched teams, with two of the three matches having no handicap whatsoever. Your newly crowned champions, Squid Row, officially seized the league championship after a dominant closing-night sweep that launched the tentacled titans into first place when it mattered most. And before we go any further, let us recognize the kings of this season's Tournament of Champions race: Mike Fitzgerald of Walk Offs captured the Tournament of Champions crown, while Jon Little of The Queenpins stormed into second place after a sensational late-season charge that included this week's blazing 221 high game. But hold onto your rental shoes, bowling fans, because the season still has one last glorious gasp of chaos left in it! Next week the league returns at the usual time for awards, prize money, buffet festivities, and the wildly lawless joy of 9-pin-tap night. Women's honors this week belonged to JoAnne Barber, who stormed the lanes with a 129 high game and a 338 series, while Jon Little uncorked a thunderbolt 221 for the men's high game and Dennis Walling unleashed a monstrous 588 series that may have briefly registered on seismographs in three states. I am Alotta Tenpin reporting live from the sidelines, where the energy tonight felt somewhere between World Cup preparations and the citywide excitement over the streetcar extension to the riverfront. Read on for the full glorious madness, and do not forget to check this week's bingo results!

A stagnant Week 14 of the Spring 2026 season somehow still managed to feel like a pressure cooker wrapped inside a soap opera and served ice-cold beside a sweating bucket of Michelob Ultra. Speaking of pressure, allow me to introduce myself: I'm Chip Dugan, regional Michelob sales representative, filling in for Alotta Tenpin who is currently being questioned by the FBI about her alleged role in last weekend's brutal cyberattack against GutterAlley.com. Full disclosure: My numbers are way down, and if I don't move several more cases of crisp, refreshing Michelob products before quarter's end, corporate is going to replace me with a tablet kiosk and an inspirational poster about synergy. So while these bowlers battled for glory, I spent the night roaming the alley trying to convince everybody that triumph tastes better with an ice-cold Michelob Ultra nearby.
