The Spring 2007 season draws to a close, with Guttersluts officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (189) and series (527) for the women. As for the men, Duncan Ferber snagged this week's high game with a 225, and high series was earned by Bill Krejci with a 621. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts shared a few beers with Oily Balls. Featuring #1 Head-to-Head Bill Krejci and his astonishing 621 series, Guttersluts collected 3 wins against Oily Balls. While that was going down, Pat Searcy shined in Oily Balls with his 575 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts end the season in 1st place, while Oily Balls end up with 2nd.
On lanes 17 & 18: X9XX entered a showdown to the death with Unstoppabowl. Notwithstanding the leadership of Stefan Miller with his above-average 546 series, X9XX accomplished only 1 win against Unstoppabowl. Concurrently, Cory Chorpenning oversaw Unstoppabowl with his below-average 510 as his team took the series with 3 wins. X9XX drops 1 spot in the standings to end in 4th place, while Unstoppabowl moves 1 spot to come out in 3rd.
On lanes 19 & 20: Doll's Balls spent some quality time with Those 4 Bowlers. Led by Ryan Doll with his above-average 562 series, Doll's Balls collected 3 wins against 4 Bowlers. In the midst of this, Seth Gunderson commanded 4 Bowlers with his above-average 586 despite his team notching only a single win. Doll's Balls complete in 5th place, while 4 Bowlers sink 1 spot to wind up in 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: King Pins faced off against Frickin' Ten Pin. With top billing by John Coleman with his 569 series, King Pins collected 3 wins against Ten Pin. On the adjacent lane, Carl Goetz called the shots for Ten Pin with his below-average 530 despite his team notching only a single win. King Pins leap 1 spot in the standings to close out in 6th place, while Ten Pin go home with 8th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Churn and Burn alternated splits with T.B.D.. Although topped by James Cholke with his above-average 508 series, Churn and Burn got swept by T.B.D.. Meanwhile, #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Tyler Hilker drew the spotlight in T.B.D. with his staggering 535 as they swept the competition. Churn and Burn drops 1 spot in the standings to 10th place, while T.B.D. moves 1 spot to 9th.

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Stefan Miller (Division 2), with Kendall Kukowski (Division 4) landing in second place. Stefan will pocket the nice first-place pot, while Kendall will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
