The Spring 2005 season draws to a close, with All Belt, No Buckle officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (201) and series (530) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (225) and series (594) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 19 & 20: All Belt, No Buckle spent a romantic evening with 4 Play. While headlined by Seth Gunderson with his 451 series, the Belt accomplished only 1 win against 4 Play. Countering this, Pat Searcy showed off in 4 Play with his 536 as his team took the series with 3 wins. All Belt, No Buckle end in 1st place, while 4 Play wind up in 2nd.
On lanes 21 & 22: Sub Parre shared a platter of cheese sticks with Nellielocks and the 3 Spares. Featuring Ken M. Wilson with his 572 series, Sub Parre collected 3 wins against Nellielocks. On the adjacent lane, Rich DeYoung drew the spotlight in Nellielocks with his 520 despite his team notching only a single win. Sub Parre end the season in 3rd place, while Nellielocks come out in 4th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Handicrappers tussled with The Incredibowls. In spite of top-billing by Paul Linder with his above-average 438 series, Handicrappers got swept by The Incredibowls. On the other side, Carl Goetz dominated The Incredibowls with his above-average 594 (benefitted greatly by real star — trifecta-winner #1 Power-Ranked, #1 Head-to-Head, and Most Valuable Bowler Freda Schroeder) as they swept the competition. Handicrappers drop 1 spot in the standings to finish in 6th place, while The Incredibowls move 1 spot to end up with 5th.
Finally, down on lanes 25 & 26: Bowlingstar Galactica alternated splits with Big Pin Pin. With the strength of Eric Lynch with his below-average 464 series, the Galactica collected 3 wins against Pin Pin. . With Pin Pin forfeiting, all the Galactica needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. However, that would not be the case. Bowlingstar Galactica complete in 7th place, while Pin Pin cross the finish line in 8th.

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Michael Basham (Division 2),
