Posted by BowlingBot September 15, 2026 Fall 2026, Week 5 View Score Sheets

Week 5 RoboHeaderThe fifth week of Fall 2026 saw two teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. JoAnne Barber picked up this week's high game (151) and series (399) for the women, while Matthew Taylor earned this week's high game (253) and series (680) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: BowlJobs kept stealing sips of beer from Fist My Bump . Highlighting the skills of Most Valuable Bowler Kurt Fredrickson and his astonishing 463 series, BJs collected 3 wins against Fist My Bump. Among the other players in the match, AJ Hofmann with his better-than-normal 502 series drew the spotlight of Fist My Bump despite his team notching only a single win. BowlJobs remains in 6th place, while Fist My Bump sinks 1 spot to 2nd.

week5On lanes 3 & 4: With the scales heavily tipped in one team's favor from the outset, the dark lords of Squid Row spent some quality time with the meek and helpless One Woman, Three Excuses. With the strength of #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Matthew Taylor and his awe-inspiring 680 series, Squids celebrated a clean sweep over Excuses. In the midst of this, Chris Lenz with his better-than-normal 408 series emboldened Excuses despite his team getting swept. Squid Row climbs 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while Excuses sink 1 spot to 4th.

Finally, down on lanes 5 & 6: The Queenpins debated whether to go all Tonya Harding on Rat & Roll. Although topped by Ryan Sisco with his below-average 335 series, Queenpins got swept by Rats. As for the opposition, Kevin Hodge with his better-than-normal 450 series propped up Rats as they swept the competition. The Queenpins drop 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Rats jump 2 spots to 3rd.

Bowlers who lied to their significant other claiming bowling was running long then went out for after-bowling drinks at The 200 Club include: AJ Hofmann (202), Chris Windham (206), and Matthew Taylor (215,212,253)

A new personal high game was set tonight by Kurt Fredrickson (171, previous best 161). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Kurt Fredrickson (463, previous best 421).

JoAnne Barber earned this season's women's high game with her 151 In addition, Matthew Taylor nabbed both high game and series for the men this season with his 253 and 680, respectively.

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Matthew Taylor decimated Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Tim Deddens came closest). Chris Lenz clobbered Division 3, and Kurt Fredrickson conquered Division 4. In terms of overall points: Matthew Taylor governs Division 1; Scott Murdock leads Division 2; Carl Mueller holds the reins in Division 3; and Kurt Fredrickson reigns over Division 4.

NEXT WEEK:

  • First, on lanes 1&2, 4th-place One Woman, Three Excuses (hcp 4) will face 3rd-place Rat & Roll. Excuses are expected to maintain their current strength as they win the series; while Rats are forecast to hold steady as they avoid getting swept.
  • Moving to lanes 3&4, 5th-place The Queenpins (hcp 28) will chuck some balls with 2nd-place Fist My Bump . Queenpins might maintain their current strength as they get swept; while Fist My Bump ought to raise their average while they rack up a sweep.
  • Finally, on lanes 5&6, 6th-place BowlJobs (hcp 150) will roll against 1st-place Squid Row. BJs are predicted to maintain their current strength as they get swept; while Squids are anticipated to hold steady as they rack up a sweep.

*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
