Week 15 RoboHeaderThe fifteenth week of Spring 2026 saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. Lindsay Sargent landed this week's high game for the women with a 146, and women's high series was bagged by JoAnne Barber with a 393. As for the men, Ben Spencer earned this week's high game (211) and series (565).Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Hot-n-Ready® drew pistols at dawn with Thots & Spares. Charging into the fray behind Nick Kinney with his below-average 475 series, The Ready® split the series with Thots. Concurrently, AJ Hofmann with his 499 series shone in Thots as they matched their opponent in wins. Hot-n-Ready® remains in 1st place, while Thots remain in 3rd.

week15On lanes 3 & 4: Squid Row rock and rolled all night and partied every day with The Queenpins. Uniting behind the leadership of Ben Spencer with his above-average 565 series, Squids welcomed a clean sweep over Queenpins. Conversely, Dustin Schmeltz with his 505 series took charge of Queenpins despite his team getting swept. Squid Row remains in 2nd place, while Queenpins remain in 4th.

Finally, down on lanes 5 & 6: In a fairly closely-matched lineup Walk Offs had some one-on-one time with 3 Pins and a Gutter. Though somewhat emboldened by #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Chris Hagan and his above-average 443 series, Walkers got swept by Gutterly Pinned. Countering this, Most Valuable Bowler Nathan Burrows and his better-than-normal 455 series propped up Gutterly Pinned as they swept the competition. Walk Offs drop 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Gutterly Pinned moves up 1 spot to 5th.

Bowlers paying far too much for well vodka at The 200 Club include: Ben Spencer (211)

In this week's Tournament of Champions InterDivisional brackets: Tim Deddens conquered Group 1, while nobody claimed victory in Group 2 (though Scott Murdock came closest). JoAnne Barber cleaned up Group 3, and Nathan Burrows topped Group 4. Congratulations to our division champions! The following eight people will compete next week for the big prize! Division 1: Ian Estey and Matthew Taylor. Division 2: Scott Murdock and Jon Little. Division 3: Tim Deddens and Kurt Fredrickson. Division 4: Mike Fitzgerald and Jesse Sauerbrei.

NEXT WEEK:

  • First, on lanes 1&2, 6th-place Walk Offs (hcp 80) will socialize with 4th-place The Queenpins. Walkers are expected to perform well, yet still manage to just barely lose the series; while Queenpins are forecast to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
  • Moving to lanes 3&4, 3rd-place Thots & Spares will roll against 5th-place 3 Pins and a Gutter (hcp 82). Thots might roll a little low, yet still manage to just barely miss sweeping the series; while Gutterly Pinned ought to drop their average a bit while they just barely avoid getting swept.
  • Finally, on lanes 5&6, 2nd-place Squid Row will chuck some balls with 1st-place Hot-n-Ready®. Squids are predicted to have a bit of an off night and get swept; while The Ready® is anticipated to hold steady as they rack up a sweep.

*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
