The Spring 2007 season draws to a close, with Guttersluts officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (189) and series (527) for the women. As for the men, Duncan Ferber snagged this week's high game with a 225, and high series was earned by Bill Krejci with a 621. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts waged a heated competition against Oily Balls. Blessed by #1 Head-to-Head Bill Krejci and his thrilling 621 series, Guttersluts collected 3 wins against Oily Balls. On the other side, Pat Searcy called the shots for Oily Balls with his 575 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts finish in 1st place, while Oily Balls cros the finish line in 2nd.
On lanes 17 & 18: X9XX celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Unstoppabowl. Despite being led by Stefan Miller with his above-average 546 series, X9XX accomplished only 1 win against Unstoppabowl. Countering this, Cory Chorpenning shined in Unstoppabowl with his below-average 510 as his team took the series with 3 wins. X9XX drops 1 spot in the standings to complete in 4th place, while Unstoppabowl moves 1 spot to wind up in 3rd.
On lanes 19 & 20: Doll's Balls traded lane malfunctions with Those 4 Bowlers. Demonstrating the prowess of Ryan Doll with his above-average 562 series, Doll's Balls collected 3 wins against 4 Bowlers. On the flipside, Seth Gunderson guided 4 Bowlers with his above-average 586 despite his team notching only a single win. Doll's Balls end in 5th place, while 4 Bowlers sink 1 spot to go home with 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: King Pins tussled with Frickin' Ten Pin. Featuring John Coleman with his 569 series, King Pins collected 3 wins against Ten Pin. In the meantime, Carl Goetz commanded Ten Pin with his below-average 530 despite his team notching only a single win. King Pins leap 1 spot in the standings to close out in 6th place, while Ten Pin come out in 8th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Churn and Burn entered a showdown to the death with T.B.D.. In spite of top-billing by James Cholke with his above-average 508 series, Churn and Burn got swept by T.B.D.. In the midst of this, #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Tyler Hilker mastered T.B.D. with his wondrous 535 as they swept the competition. Churn and Burn drops 1 spot in the standings to 10th place, while T.B.D. moves 1 spot to 9th.

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Stefan Miller (Division 2), with Kendall Kukowski (Division 4) landing in second place. Stefan will pocket the nice first-place pot, while Kendall will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
