The Spring 2006 season draws to a close, with I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka! officially earning this season's championship title! A stagnated final week resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (164) and series (453) for the women, while Pat Searcy earned this week's high game (241) and series (648) for the men. First up, on lanes 21 & 22: I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka! had a delightful time with Bowl Movement. Topped by #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Pat Searcy and his above-average 648 series, the Belt split the series with Bowl Movement. On the adjacent lane, David Codding dominated Bowl Movement with his 574 as they matched their opponent in wins. I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka! finish in 1st place, while Bowl Movement cross the finish line in 2nd.
On lanes 23 & 24: Bora Bora alternated between bowling and dry humping Sweeter Than Yoohoo. With top billing by Dennis Laube with his above-average 555 series, Bora Bora split the series with Yoohoo. While that was going down, Thomas Lin took the lead in Yoohoo with his 565 as they matched their opponent in wins. Bora Bora complete in 3rd place, while Yoohoo end up with 4th.
On lanes 25 & 26: Split Happens did battle with Guttersluts. While headlined by James Long with his below-average 471 series, Split Happens accomplished only 1 win against Guttersluts. Simultaneously, Dana Babler mastered Guttersluts with her dramatic 411 as her team took the series with 3 wins. Split Happens end the season in 5th place, while Guttersluts wind up in 6th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Yo Mama shared a few beers with Tatonka. With the strength of Most Valuable Bowler Jason Caton and his awe-inspiring 510 series, Yo Mama celebrated a clean sweep over Tatonka. On the other half of the score sheet, Will Jeter ruled Tatonka with his above-average 480 despite his team getting swept. Yo Mama end in 7th place, while Tatonka come out in 8th.
