Spring 2010 Week 6 Robo-RecapThe sixth week of Spring 2010 saw four teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (215) and series (512) for the women. As for the men, Ryan Doll snagged this week's high game with a 215, and high series was earned by Carl Goetz with a 585. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 25 & 26: 3 Pin Moon matched wits with No Pinheads. Blessed by Ryan Doll with his 567 series, 3 Pin Moon celebrated a clean sweep over the Pinheads. In the meantime, Aubrey Moren commanded the Pinheads with his below-average 508 despite his team getting swept. 3 Pin Moon leaps 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while the Pinheads sink 1 spot to 2nd.

week6On lanes 27 & 28: The Prak Attack couldn't stop inappropriately groping Bowlumpkin. In spite of top-billing by Shane Pfaffly with his above-average 476 series, the Attack accomplished only 1 win against Bowlumpkin. Across the ball return, Most Valuable Bowler Orion Kinkaid guided Bowlumpkin with his stupendous 505 as his team took the series with 3 wins. The Prak Attack plummets 2 spots in the standings to 8th place, while Bowlumpkin moves 1 spot to 6th.

On lanes 29 & 30: Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz traded lane malfunctions with Empire Strikes Back. With the strength of Angela Bradford with her 512 series, the Schlitz collected 3 wins against the Empire. • First, on lanes 25&26, 1st-place No Pinheads will meet with 3rd-place Little Lebowski Urban Achievers (hcp 164). The Pinheads are expected to roll a little low, yet still manage to sweep the series; while the Urban Achievers are forecast to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
  • Moving to lanes 27&28, 8th-place Lil' Devils (hcp 142) will spend some quality time with 2nd-place 3 Pin Moon. Lil' Devils might perform well and just barely win the series; while 3 Pin Moon ought to drop their average a bit while they avoid getting swept.
  • Then, over on lanes 29&30, 7th-place Empire Strikes Back will socialize with 5th-place Bowlumpkin (hcp 145). The Empire will likely maintain their current strength as they win the series; while Bowlumpkin will probably raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
  • Finally, on lanes 31&32, 6th-place The Prak Attack (hcp 123) will throw some gutter balls with 4th-place Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz. The Attack is predicted to maintain their current strength as they get swept; while the Schlitz is anticipated to hold steady as they rack up a sweep.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
