Fall 2008 Week 6 Robo-RecapThe sixth week of Fall 2008 saw four teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. As for the men, Duncan Ferber snagged this week's high game with a 255, and high series was earned by Cory Chorpenning with a 660. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Livin' On A Spare had a delightful time with WWJB. Starring Ben Lee with his breathtaking 404 series, Livin' On A Spare celebrated a clean sweep over WWJB. Simultaneously, Justin Wehrman reigned supreme in WWJB with his below-average 403 despite his team getting swept. Livin' On A Spare leaps 3 spots in the standings to 5th place, while WWJB remains in 9th.

week6On lanes 21 & 22: Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty kept grabbing the balls of Bowl Movement. On the flipside, Travis Kleiner oversaw Bowl Movement with his below-average 405 despite his team getting swept. Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty leaps 3 spots in the standings to 4th place, while Bowl Movement plunges 3 spots to 7th.

On lanes 23 & 24: Is This Billable? took turns kicking the ball return with Ain't No Sh!t. Notwithstanding the leadership of Ryan Doll with his 513 series, Is This Billable? got swept by Ain't No Sh!t. Concurrently, Cory Chorpenning showed off in Ain't No Sh!t with his above-average 660 (with props to #1 Head-to-Head bowler ) as they swept the competition. On lanes 25 & 26: Dios Mios hung out with Dave and the Wingers. Headlined by Most Valuable Bowler Bill Krejci and his above-average 589 series, Dios Mios celebrated a clean sweep over the Wingers. . With the Wingers forfeiting, all Dios Mios needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. Mission accomplished. Dios Mios leap 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while the Wingers remain in 10th.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Bad Newz Kennels kept stealing sips of beer from Chico's Bail Bonds. Countering this, Carl Goetz laid down the law in Chico's with his above-average 535 despite his team notching only a single win. Bad Newz Kennels drop 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Chico's plunge 2 spots to 3rd.
