The fourteenth week of Spring 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and two rolled new personal high games. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (169) and series (464) for the women, while Rich DeYoung earned this week's high game (247) and series (659) for the men. First up, on lanes 21 & 22: Split Happens deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of Bowl Movement. In spite of top-billing by Ryan Doll with his above-average 531 series, Split Happens accomplished only 1 win against Bowl Movement. Simultaneously, David Codding drew the spotlight in Bowl Movement with his 601 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Split Happens drop 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Bowl Movement remains in 2nd.
On lanes 23 & 24: Guttersluts kept grabbing the balls of Sweeter Than Yoohoo. In spite of the prowess of Travis Kleiner with his 375 series, Guttersluts got swept by Yoohoo. On the other half of the score sheet, Thomas Lin took the lead in Yoohoo with his above-average 582 as they swept the competition. Guttersluts drop 1 spot in the standings to 7th place, while Yoohoo moves 1 spot to 4th.
On lanes 25 & 26: Bora Bora kept stealing sips of beer from I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka!. Although blessed by John Richardson with his 494 series, Bora Bora accomplished only 1 win against the Belt. Conversely, trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Rich DeYoung oversaw the Belt with his marvelous 659 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bora Bora remains in 3rd place, while the Belt remains in 1st.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Yo Mama alternated splits with Tatonka. Showcasing Andy Metzler with his 503 series, Yo Mama collected 3 wins against Tatonka. On the adjacent lane, Andy McLeod called the shots for Tatonka with his above-average 507 despite his team notching only a single win. Yo Mama leaps 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Tatonka remains in 8th.

New personal high games were set tonight by Scott Murdock (204, previous best 202) and Rich DeYoung (247, previous best 236). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Rich DeYoung (659, previous best 585).
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson won Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Andy Metzler came closest). Scott Murdock decimated Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Tracy Rychlewski came closest). Finally, Ryan Doll (Division 4) shut down this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Ken M. Wilson leads Division 1; David Codding is in the driver's seat in Division 2; John Richardson tops Division 3; and Ryan Doll calls the shots for Division 4.

Split Happens are predicted to maintain their current strength as they and split the series with Yoohoo; while Yoohoo is anticipated to drop their average a bit while they keep the series tied.
